Wind of Change

As we celebrate our 51st National Day, we don't really have much of a choice. Its either Anwar or the same old shit. He has been called all sorts of names, but the fact remains that after he had served his time, rightly or wrongly (and there are many others still getting away with murder), he has been brave enough to want to consign blatant racism in this country into the dustbins of history.

To those who still harp on what he did (or didn't do) when he was in government, go suck a duck. He wasn't the captain and the buck didn't stop with him, so stop pointing fingers at the wrong man.

I still love my country right or wrong and I'll be damned if I am going to let her go to the dogs with the morons now running the show.

Time for change, shipmates, so lets whistle for a wind.

To all my Muslim friends: Selamat Berpuasa.

  2. Capt,
I could agreed with you more. what happen in the past with Anwar is history. what is important is NOW. The man should be given the chance to prove what he has said thus far. If he doesnt measure to what is expected. we will excerise our right through the ballot box. But for now Anwar is our best bet. I am all for change! Happy Merdeka day Malaysian.

  3. Captain, wishing you and your familiy and all muslim visitors of your cherished blog: Selamat Berpuasa.

The man-of-the-hour DSAI has anchored despite all the shit lashed upon him.

Now, Malaysians who truly love God, King and Nation must strike the gong to herald the man into being PM.

Those so-called leaders who do not jump ship but still are waiting to see how DSAI progresses are not worthy to be called human-kind.

It is trusting souls who know, believe and feel change in their hearts who will count.

From now the mission to resurrect this ailing sick nation must gain sped.

Bloggers in particular have that onus to help on this voyage for change and changing for the better.

God Bless Malaysia and all Anak Malaysia.

  4. Anwar Ibrahim must had been quite a clean politician during his tenure in government, otherwise I do not think he would have dared to challenge Mahathir in 1998.

Most probably he would have taken some ambassadorship or high commissioner position in some
    far away country.
This had happened before for some corrupted BN politicians.

  6. A change of federal government is long overdue.

51 years have passed by since independence, but whilst Malaysia has no doubt progressed, things could be very much better given the natural resources and other innate benefits Malaysia has.

BN / UMNO has not performed, if it had Malaysia would be on par, or even more advanced, than Singapore, but as it is Malaysia way way behind.

Too many years have passed by when Malaysians awaken and think "Same shit, different day!"

To hasten the change, let's all heed the call from Captain Yusof to 'whistle for the winds of chagde!'

  9. capt., you have it right on the head of the nail! After 25 years of SHIT, time we change! Definitely, it will be for the better. I totally agree that the buck didn't stop at DSAI's table then. So give him a break. I am sure this time around the buck will stop right at his table! I have always thought him to be more 'socialist' in life than those who had tried to put him away.So Malaysians, especially those on the last quadrant of the social ladder will surely have something to look forward to. My only hope is for those right thinking MPs to look at the long term interests of the country rather than your immediate interests. You cannot be proud to represent a country like Zimbabwee!
No matter how high the post!!

  10. aye aye captain.

Its better to change to a new ship and gets a new captain for Malaysia.
The Japanese captain resigns just because their economy not doing well.
    Only a professional will resigns.
The Thai captain is under siege!
Our Malaysian captain is still sleeping! And he still thinks that Permatang Pauh is NOT located in the state of Penang!

Well said... couldn't have said it better.I like how you said it... "go suck a duck". And they can choose Peking duck or roast duck, it doesn't matter because we need to remove the present bunch of morons manning the ship which is hitting the rocks right now.

    Selamat Berpuasa.

  12. You are very right,Captain.

The day Malaysia is destroyed by racial politics is the day we are going to regret for the rest of our lives.

The political goons are turning a heaven into hell.
